Pure Joy

You know that moment, when something you’ve been waiting for and waiting for and waiting for finally comes? And when it hits you, you aren’t sure whether or not to believe it because you’ve created the scenario so many times in your head that you are thinking it must be another day dream of what you want so desperately. As the situation doesn’t fade away and you realize that it must be real, your heart skips a beat or stops altogether, and you just run, run, run to what you’ve been waiting so painfully for. And when you can finally breathe, that feeling that you get that says, everything’s going to be alright, comes shining through your face as pure joy.
